 In BPMN workflows, sometimes you must react to an event without breaking the main process flow . Example: Customer cancels order while approval is ongoing Payment timeout occurs SLA deadline exceeded Emergency escalation This is solved using an Event Subprocess . 📌 What is an Event Subprocess? An Event Subprocess is a subprocess triggered by an event inside a running process instance .
